Admission Procedure - MEDICAPS SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE

STEP 1: ENQUIRY

  • Parents fill an enquiry form and meet with a counsellor.
  • The counsellor will provide detailed information about the , school philosophy, facilities, admission procedure, fee structure and other relevant school details.

 

STEP 2: REGISTRATION

  • After counselling, parents can purchase a non-refundable registration form for Rs.1,000.
  • The registration form contains the scheduled interaction date and time along with a list of required documents for the admission process.

 

STEP 3: INTERACTION

  • The submitted registration form and documents are thoroughly verified for completeness and accuracy.
  • The student appears for a comprehensive test to assess their minimum learning level.
  • Both parents must accompany the student and actively participate in an interview session.

 

STEP 4: RESULT DECLARATION AND FEE PAYMENT

  • Test and interaction results are conveyed through call, WhatsApp, and email.
  • After the result declaration, parents are required to submit the first instalment and admission charges via cheque in favour of ’Medicaps School of Excellence’ within 15 days.
  • Failure to make the payment within the stipulated 15-day period will necessitate initiating the entire process again with a new registration form.

 

STEP 5:ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

  • Following the receipt of the fees, the admission will be duly confirmed by the counsellor.
  • Parents will be invited to an induction day where they receive vital information such as book lists, student diaries, ID cards, and uniform details for the students.
  • Parents will have the opportunity to interact with the teachers to foster a productive parent-teacher relationship.
